Information The subtle styling of the race inspired rear diffuser gives your BMW an aggressive posterior while increasing performance. Diffusers work in conjunction with other aerodynamic components of your car to help produce down force. As your car moves forward it displaces air molecules which creates drag (air resistance) and aerodynamic forces. To reduce friction the shape of the car is important particularly at high speeds, to increase down force air flow is important. Increasing air flow underneath the vehicle lowers the air pressure creating the downward force which is highly beneficial to handling. This carbon fiber rear diffuser is made with the same tradition of excellence you can expect from Vorsteiner. Vacuum formed for a flawless weave. We are so sure you will be satisfied that we guarantee it! These diffusers are also easily paintable for the ultimate custom finish! Available Options The E92 M3 currently has 2 styles to choose from: Type I, and Type II (Aero). Both models features 3 fins and a stunning design. However, the Type II model does not extend past the exhaust tips, and is much smaller. No painting is required. The E46 M3 has 2 styles to choose from: CLS, and GTS3. Please see the pictures to note the minor differences. Most are full carbon fiber unless otherwise noted as either hybrid or full DVWP. You may also choose the size of weave. A 1x1 mesh matches that of OEM E92 M3 roof, while 2x2 weave is a more traditional style. Custom solutions are also available so contact us directly for details. With Bimmian and Vorsteiner there are no limits. Compatibility Rear diffusers are available for most M models. They are also available for E92/93 however only the 335 model (dual exhaust). E90 M3 and E92 M3 require the same diffuser.
